Showing or Hiding Panel Dimensions That Don’t Fit on the Layout
In MaxCut, layout dimensions are shown on panels both on-screen and in printed job layouts. However, some small panels may not have their dimensions displayed in the printout. This is controlled by a layout setting that hides dimension labels when there isn’t enough space for them to appear clearly. This article explains how to toggle that setting—either to hide dimensions that don’t fit, or to force them to appear regardless of space constraints.
Sheet Sub Sizes
Setting a materials grain / graphic direction
How to Match Grain in MaxCut
Grain matching ensures that panels cut from the same board maintain a continuous, visually consistent grain direction, commonly used for drawers or cabinet faces. The Match Grain feature is currently in its public testing (beta) phase. While it’s available for you to use, some parts may change before the full release as we continue to refine and improve it based on user feedback.
