This guide explains how to include labour items like assembly, installation, and delivery in your jobs, and how to set up, edit, or remove resources in the Labour Resources Manager for precise pricing and reporting.

MaxCut allows you to set up labour resources to accurately calculate job costs. These resources can include assembly, installation, and delivery, among others.
To add a labour item to your job, click Add and select Labour, or double-click on Labour in your library .
In the Labour Item Details dialog, you can:
Select a labour resource from your Labour Resource Manager.
Specify the quantity required (e.g., if assembly takes 5 hours, set the quantity to 5).
Make any relevant notes.
To manage your labour resources, click on Manage > Labour Resources.
In the Labour Resources Manager, you can:
Add, edit, or delete resources.
Set a cost and price for accurate job pricing.
The labour resources added to a job are reflected in the Summary tab and various reports.
Using labour resources ensures your quotes reflect the true cost of work, helping you price jobs efficiently.
