What happens if my credit card is no longer valid and my billing for a specific month fails? How do I update the information to be valid?
Answer:
If your credit card is no longer valid and a payment fails, we will send you an email with a link to update your billing information.
You can also update your payment details directly through your Customer Portal.

Once you’re in the portal:
Click Payment Methods.
Click Edit Payment Method.
Add your new card number and click Update.
Your updated card will be used for future renewals and payments.
