Updating Your Credit Card Details

Learn what happens if your credit card expires and how to update your card details in the Customer Portal to restore your MaxCut Business Edition billing.

Question:
What happens if my credit card is no longer valid and my billing for a specific month fails? How do I update the information to be valid?

Answer:
If your credit card is no longer valid and a payment fails, we will send you an email with a link to update your billing information.

You can also update your payment details directly through your Customer Portal.

Once you’re in the portal:

  1. Click Payment Methods.

  2. Click Edit Payment Method.

  3. Add your new card number and click Update.

Your updated card will be used for future renewals and payments.
