🔑 What “Per Device” Means
A Per Device license allows you to install and activate MaxCut Business Edition on one hardware device (one computer).
You can use MaxCut on that device as much as you want, provided:
Only one machine is activated per license
The software is not used simultaneously on multiple machines using virtualisation, remote sessions, or similar technologies

A Per Month Per Device subscription:
Licenses one device
Renews monthly
Provides full access to MaxCut Business Edition during that month
This is the default subscription option for most customers.

A Per Year Per Device subscription:
Licenses one device
Renews annually
Provides full access to MaxCut Business Edition for the full year
This option offers better long-term value if you prefer annual billing.
