On creating a new job, MaxCut sets a random seed number. The cutting optimization intelligence uses a seed number to help decide on a optimisation layout.

Changing the optimisation seed value MAY provide different layout results although the differences will be minor.

Using the same optimisation seed number will provide the same optimization results at each run (provided other settings are not changed).
