What does the 'Per Year Per Device' mean?

MaxCut Business Subscription can be bought on a "Per Year per Device" basis.
This means that once you have purchased MaxCut Business Subscription you will be supplied with a single user license for the software to install on a single hardware device for 1 calendar year from date of purchase.
