Installation Error: "0x80070643 - Fatal error during installation"

This error can be caused by one of two things:
1) Your anti virus software could be blocking the MaxCut installer. You can try to temporarily disable it during the installation.
2) MaxCut requires an internet connection to install some prerequisites such as the Microsoft .Net Framework. Please check that during the installation you have access to the internet.
